Custom foam is closed cell & meets Mil-Spec Packaging requirements. We have included a variety of perforations to accommodate a wide range of optics (within 3.7" height) along with under barrel or over barrel attachments such as lasers, flashlights & foregrips. Use the included razor blade to connect the perforations so you can accommodate your unique rifle setup. If you do not need to remove a specific perforation, leave it in place and it won’t accidently tear nor will you be able to see it..
Case comes with a small waterproof accessory box that has a designated cutout to store small items (removing this accessory box allows the case to fit 2 more rifle magazines!). The case with precut foam fits a Hunting Rifle or Lever Action Rifle up to 49.22" in overall length, a Shotgun up to 49.0" in overall length, and a Revolver or Semi-Auto Pistol up 11.7" in overall length.
The precut foam also accommodates Rifle and Shotgun Optics, Under-Barrel Attachements, Buttstock Padding/Extensions, and a Shotgun Pistol Grip.
It also fits Extra Rifle Magazines (in the long accessory pocket), 4 Extra Pistol Magazines, 32 Shotgun Shells, 2 Moisture Absorbing Silica Gels (included), a Clear Waterproof Accessory Box (included), and a lid and base Foam Divider Piece (included).
The foam insert is (closed cell) military grade polyethylene which can be wiped clean, and the case has wheels for easy transport, is airline approved for checked luggage, has padlock holes, and has a pressure relief valve.
