  • 1. Non-fried Ramen: Simple ingredients. Buckwheat noodles are made from 70% black wholewheat flour and 30% buckwheat flour. Nothing was added except drinking water and salt.
  • 2. Nutrition Facts. 0 fat, low sodium. Contains small amounts of carbohydrates and protein. The specific ingredient list is shown in Figure 6. The soba noodles can be eaten as a meal replacement. Note: This soba noodles contain gluten.
  • 3. Instant Noodles: Hot water brewing or boil in a pot. Brew in hot water for 5-6 minutes and serve.
  • 4. Uses: No flavor packet contained in the soba noodles, but it is not too difficult to obtain and add whatever flavors you like. Stir frying ramen noodles or making myself a quick ramen soup.
