We ship these USPS Priority Mail. Damage while rare can occur. If that happens please take a picture of the stone and send it to us. We will handle the USPS claim and engrave a replacement. USPS offers us the most cost effective way of shipping these. If you would prefer UPS or FedX there is an option to pay that additional cost in the listing..
