Simple Operation in 3 easy steps: 1) Select Voltage range (1.5V, 1.2V, or 3.0V depending on battery type used, 2) Pull orange tray outward and insert one battery into the tester correct direction of polarity, 3) Slide tray closed for positive connection and LED will display voltage and strength levels.
